If youre a bride looking for wedding services, look elsewhere. I am only writing a review because the owner of this salon refused to refund the entirety of my deposit after the most disheartening and disappointing experience I have ever had in a salon. During my trial, the hair stylist told me my hair was highlighted wrong and did not have enough layers because she needed more to work with to make the style actually look good. On top of that, she and another stylist bad mouthed the stylist I currently see and have seen for 5 years. And the cherry on the top of this disaster?? I asked for a sleek, modern bun and my hair stylist failed to listen to my vision and my inspo picture. I ended up with a rats nest at the base of my neck. She even insisted on adding wispy pieces because texture is all people want. I didnt want them and she insisted. I felt awful after this and the person doing my makeup also failed on communication - I asked for natural, no creasing and got foundation three shades too dark and product that was literally sliding off my face after an hour of wearing it. The person who tried to talk me into trying another stylist here was very professional, but considering this experience I would have preferred a full refund considering how belittled I felt by their staff.
