They were able to help me out and take me in the same day. Brooke was amazing she helped me understand a little bit more about my hair and also was the first time I have ever gotten a professional Salon job done. They were all very nice to me and I was very grateful with the end results! Will be a returning customer!

Alyssa did an an amazing job cutting and styling my hair and it was my first time seeing her at the salon. I went to her after getting a cut elsewhere that just wasn't right. I am super picky and my hair is finicky. She looked at it and knew exactly what I meant and knew how to easily fix it. I don't know if I have ever had someone cut my hair EXACTLY how I want it in my 50 years of life, lol. She's very professional, sweet and really listens. She's careful to ask questions while cutting. She's definitely my new stylist!

My daughters hair was cut at Supercuts, mistake 1. She walked in with shoulder length hair and walked out with hair slightly longer than a standard military cut. She asked for a long pixie cut, and showed the stylist 2 pictures with styles that had very long hair (4-7 inches). She is in middle school. Called the Parlor in tears. They got us right in and gave her extensions. I am SO thankful for the incredible service, understanding, and kindness the stylist showed my daughter and I.
