Jonathan Halle and I co-Chair a volunteer group called Building on Hope. Every two years we work with a deserving nonprofit to renovate a facility in order to bring the organization to the next level, to increase the number of people they serve, provide an updated facility that clients and staff can be proud of, and to lift the hopes and visions of the staff and volunteer leadership. Since 2009, Warrenstreet has been involved in all five nonprofit renovations completed with many of their staff intimately involved in the planning and design process. Without their leadership, the Building on Hope initiative would not be the extraordinary success it is today! They work with many general and sub contractors, who have the ultimate respect for the firm. The company is made up of can-do people, who want the best for their communities and will get involved to help get the job done! This is truly a company with a huge heart!

Jonathan Halle and the team at Warrenstreet Architects are our heroes! Their leadership, expertise, and generosity made our vision of the Concord Emergency Winter Shelter a reality. Not only did Warrenstreet provide their services free of charge, Jonathan personally recruited his colleagues in the field to join in the effort, many of who agreed to waive all profits or drastically discounted their customary rates. He was a tireless problem-solver who kept the project moving when the inevitable snafus threatened to delay it. CCEH is a very small non-profit trying to do a big job with very few paid staff, and this project was a major undertaking for us. Warrenstreet truly made this possible! As a result, the entire community is stronger and more vibrant because it is better able to take care of its most vulnerable residents. I've known Jonathan Halle of Warrenstreet Architects for several years. We have worked on several projects together for the non-profit organization Building on Hope. In his capacity as Building on Hope's co-chair, he works tirelessly to insure that the organization continues to thrive and successfully completes each project. Jonathan is one of a small group of people who are the heart and soul of the organization. As far as Warrenstreet's involvement, they have been chiefly responsible for designing all of the remodel projects. They are tasked with pulling together all of the wishes, requirements, and realities that come with projects like this, and are often called upon to come up with creative solutions to daunting challenges.

CATCH Neighborhood Housing has enjoyed a long-standing professional relationship with Warrenstreet Architects. The fourth and most recent housing development partnership with their firm was relative to the rehabilitation of the Franklin Light & Power Mill in Franklin, NH. Purchased by CATCH in 2017 in support of low-to-moderate income housing, CATCH enlisted the services of Warrenstreet to transform a sprawling mill building into a 45-unit residential community, while maintaining both the architectural and historic integrity of the property. During the 14+ months of construction, the 1.552-acre site underwent a substantial renovation, including the demolition of vaults that encased the original turbines from the factory, as well as environmental remediation and waste removal. 450 windows were replaced with the design guidance and approvals of the National Park Service in accordance with their historical preservation standards. All new electrical services, fire alarm systems, water and sprinkler lines, natural gas and sewer lines, interior ductwork, piping and wiring were completed. Today, thanks to Warrenstreet's efforts, the Franklin Light and Power Mill is a walkable community that provides quality, safe, healthy and affordable housing opportunities to the residents of Franklin and beyond. We would definitely recommend Warrenstreet!
