Met Steve 6 months ago. Went over our situation as our previous accountant went MIA. Talked about all our issues and what we needed and he assured us he could handle it. After promising to finish an issue with a deadline, we had to drag him in as he was leaving for vacation so we wouldnt get fined by the IRS mind you he had well over a month and everything he asked for to do it. Months went by weve called, emailed stopped by and we almost never received any sort of response. Finally weve had enough and spent a week trying to get ahold of someone to grab our paperwork. Didnt even speak to Steve again as hes gone again on vacation while we cant even get an update. The lady that answered us finally said to come by at a certain time to grab everything. That time came absolutely nobody around again! Took days to finally get someone to be there to give us paperwork. Here we are 6 months into this clown and we have absolutely nothing done. Complete waste of time, we would have been screwed if we didnt continue to bug him over and over again on the one thing he did for us. Would never recommend him to anyone. He clearly doesnt want to do anything more than the bare minimum to skim by until hes next vacation.
