Eastern Propane & Oil

Awful company. As if an oil company doesnt make enough money. I cant even use the fuel assistance I was approved for because I had a past due balance of $117 from last year in which more than doubled because they couldnt wait for me to pay it & now I owe almost $300, its Christmas time, I have 5 kids & no propane. If I could use a different company I would.

Getting anyone to call you back for any kind of service these days is tough. Not only did Eastern call me back, they provided an extremely fair estimate for a new boiler (almost 1/3 cheaper than the big boys in the area). They just finished installing the new system, and it was clear that the techs take a lot of pride in their work. They kept me in the loop throughout the process, and went the extra mile to make sure the system not only looked great, but performed well. No messes to clean up after they left, and they were able to fit the job in weeks before anyone else. Extremely pleased with the whole project, and I'm 100% confident I picked the right company to manage our home heating for years to come.

I can never thank the people at Claremont Eastern propane & oil enough, this is not the first time they saved the day for us. But this time it was above & beyond the call of duty! Mark & Zack are awesome, Mark came to our home 12:30am & stood till 2am till we had heat & returned with Zack at 7:00am to finish up. You cant ask for more than a company that has stand up people. Like I said before this is not the first time they went beyond the call, but if you need service & people that stand by their word, Eastern Propane & Oil has a staff that treats you as a family member. They are the salt of earth people & run the company in that mold.

Very unhappy with Eastern Propane. Was being charged for labor on a warranty repair that Rinnai said should have been covered by them. Finally got that straightened out, after talking to four different people. Aaron the service manager is an a**hole that just wanted to argue instead of discuss my reasoning for not being charged for warranty work. Mark Limoges was the only decent one to work with. Office ladies give out false information as they stated there would be no charge for warranty work which was completely opposite of what Aaron stated. Told the lady in the office to pick up their tank, which they advised was another fee. Told her then don't pick it up, she stated they have to. Well then don't charge me for picking up your own property. All in all will never use nor will I ever recommend Eastern Propane to anyone.
