Unity Stone Supply

The product (flagstone) is beautiful. I will not debate that. The pricing is probably better than any you can find. However, take that all with a grain of salt regarding customer service. The owner, Doug, repeatedly misquotes pricing, quantity and delivery fees and then has his employee go back on what he verbally says to customers. When called out on it, he pulls out every trick: "I am under the weather, I was busy, I wasn't thinking". Well, here's a lesson on business ownership: Be true to your word, or it's useless. My patio will be beautiful but I will never set foot in that shop or do business with these people again, and I cannot recommend this outfit to anyone else.

This company, if you would call it that, uses what in the industry is referred to as "rot stone" it flakes and falls apart in layers. It's terrible to work with and the owner is even worse. They delivered what was supposed to make a wall. No cap stones, no stones big enough to support the wall. Will no return calls. You get what you pay for. Yes, you will save a couple bucks using this Rot Stone, but in the end it will be costly

I highly recommend this business. I have made three purchases this past year. Great material, selection, pricing and service every time. Cody as well as the rest of the staff are all outstanding.
