Royce was very prompt on showing up early on a Sunday morning when our boiler had stopped working. He was very friendly and found and fixed the problem quickly. He explained to us what the problem was and what was done. I highly recommend him for your plumbing and heating needs.

DO NOT USE ROYCE. We had a major renovation project with multiple components: from rough-in to finish work and HVAC. He gave us a quote, promised it would be done in 3 months and then as soon after the work started he refused to pick up the phone, listen to voicemail, call us back, etc. It ended up taking him 11 months. He would show up for 2-3 hours and then leave seemingly just to be able to say he was here with no real progress accomplished. There was no communication about when he would be there. He will not call you. He will not communicate. His sole goal is to make a buck and never show up again. It took threatening legal action to come finish the work that was done poorly to begin with. He does not know what he is doing and we are left a year later with failing systems that cost us more than what was quoted to begin with. Our water was backing up into the showers & we knew we had a clog. After trying to solve it ourselves & being defeated, we knew we needed a plumber. He was the only one that would come out that day. He fit us in & was on time, professional & knew where to start. He quickly had it unclogged. What a lifesaver!! Id highly recommend him. His wife was responsive & actually called me back. She even called to let me know when he was on the way. Thats the way a business should be run!
