        5 . I had to have my jeep serviced locally and Brett went out of his way to help me with my rental. He both picked me up and dropped me off to the garage where my jeep was being serviced and made it seem like it was no big deal. But it was to me especially with a snow/ ice storm in the mix. We need more Bretts in the world ! This guy owns customer service!

        Tried to reserve a car, but reservation was denied due to lack of vehicles. Hertz still charged my credit card over $2,000 anyway. Now they claim they can't find the charge anywhere in their system, so can't reverse it. DO NOT RENT WITH HERTZ. Between this and them calling the police, I'm confused how they avoid criminal charges.
