Horrible experience, dealing with Advanced Auto Group spend part of the day negotiating a deal on a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta once we agreed on an amount they sold it from under me as last minutebig waste of time. they dont stand by their agreed price. Dont bother wasting your time here. The only good thing about this business is they take good pictures and apparently a good detailer.

Trying to sell a base model as a top of the line on Facebook market and their website buyer beware this is a predatory practice. Making you think youre getting a good deal on a top of the line model thats really a base.

Have to say the purchase experience was the best!
Vehicle purchase was out of state for us which added some additional complexity but Allen went out of his way to accommodate, even picking me up at the local airport.
The vehicle was exactly what we were searching for and condition was perfect. I can not express my thanks enough!

This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever been too stoped in on our way by saw a 2011 mercedes benz looked nice did not have the time to test drive that day but the kid who supposedly doesn't work there says sure put a 200 refundable deposit down and test drive it this weekend In a rush I said I ok came back to test drive it it had so many issues loud vibration car was clearly running extremely rough was leaking oil had exhaust leaks was told we can fix all this give us two days I figure why not but by the time I went back I choose to not buy this vehicle due to asking to speak to the owner and the owner never contacting me and they never fixed the rough idle and vibration tried to say that's normal this place is a dump and I hope this helps the next people 200 bucks was enough to receive this post and i let them know I was doing this so they will definitely screw anyone for more there is alot more dealerships out there choose wisely and pass on this dump
