We were having some water pressure issues and after having a couple of conversations with other well companies, we thought that hydrofracking might be the solution. One company told us we needed to replace basically our entire system (e.g., pump, tank, cap, gauges) and hydrofrack--to the tune of $8,400! A friend recommended we call JE Thomas and I'm so grateful we did. Mark was logical and methodical about the questions he asked. He and Steve came and ran some tests to determine if we had a low-yielding well or if it was a mechanical issue. Turns out it was a failing pump. They were able to replace the pump, and bring our well cap up to code, that same day (in about 3 hours). There was no need to hydrofrack or replace the water tank/gauges. Mark and Steve answered all of our questions (I had more than a few) and helped us to better understand how our water system works. When Steve returned to take a water sample, he even fixed a slow flow of hot water from the washing machine! I highly recommend JE Thomas for any well-related issues. Service: Pump installation
