Such a great value! Nothing fancy but absolutely fit our needs for a cheap weekend getaway. Friendly staff and clean rooms

I had a really good stay here. Service was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch and youre only 10-15 minutes away from all the restaurants/ businesses in North Conway. 1 hour drive to Portland & 30-45 minutes from the Whites Very affordable deal and a place Ill stay at down the road

We love it it was very nice foundation and the service was great the location was great everything you may need for your family or just a barbecue outside trash can for clean attendance was very nice and courtesy and there was open all the time for us need something to pick up and easy to go down to go pick up stuff and for them to give you a paper for locations of many places to go to the beds were comfortable clean and nice the heating was fantastic maybe have air pet friendly and they do have a pool they already have their Christmas stuff out it was beautiful the grounds are very clean and we got none smoking area it was fantastic we will go back again and it was not even loud in there you could not hear nobody's dog you have access to area we can walk your dogs around
