A sad excuse of a dealership went and bought my dream car thinking I could trust them told me my car had upwards of 10k of upgraded parts and labor to find out my car makes no boost had none of the said parts and they now wanna offer me 1500 and a messed up warranty to tell me its good faith there sorry

Took my truck in for an oil change and while there was a issue I wont discuss that except to say that the service advisor Bruce and the owner Chris handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, understanding and accountability. I was very pleased in my interactions with both of them and their handling of everything. In my opinion they both show exactly what it means to give quality customer service. Should I return to the area in the future, as I hope to, i can trust that any needs will be met in the most professional and appropriate manner if either of these two gentlemen are involved.
