        Everyone has their own reasons for having an interlock device. Whatever your reason is, going through the experience of having an interlock device can seem grueling. Not only does Bo take the time with you to make sure you understand every step of this process but he is very accommodating to your schedule when making appointments. Bo makes himself available and is welcoming when you call him with questions or concerns. My experience here was smooth and easy. Plus - Drager has the best rates. Thanks!

        Bo has excellent service, there was never any issues with the interlock. He also helped me find a mechanic willing to work on the vehicle with the device installed when I was in need. A+++

        Excellent place to get interlock installed.I went with Draeger based on the reviews that I read especially about Bo and they were all spot on. Bo is really awesome and understanding answering questions thoughly and with patience. I'm still only able to drive with another licensed driver (because of Covid-19 its taking longer to take my road test) so can't say much about the device itself. From the bit of driving I've been able to do the device has worked properly and not given me really any issues. I do recommend limiting use of hand sanitizer while driving as it did seem to affect the device after use ( took longer for it to analyze and seemed a bit cranky). I really do like the fact that the technician overseeing the device is very hands on and helpful. Makes me feel confident that if I did run into any issues I would be able to contact Bo and get it resolved fairly quickly. I also like the fact that he comes down to the area I'm in to calibrate the device so I don't have to drive an hour away to get it done. If you have to get a device installed in NH I highly recommend Bo at Draeger in Goffstown NH Update: 11/21 I'm now able to have the device removed. During the time with this device I never once had an issue. Worked excellent and Bo was awesome to communicate with. I stand by my original review- if you need to have an interlock device definitely choose Draeger.
