They plow when they feel like it. Do nothing you ask them to do. Raise fees and never do a thing. Just keep painting over chipped paint...I could write a book.

If I could give this company 1/2 a star I would. This is by far the worst management company there is. They dont care about people and only care about the bottom line. They tell you the cost of some repair/upgrade and then come back and say you owe $10,000 more for said project. Their maintenance team comes in and watches your TV during heat checks when you are not home. Dont depend on your HOA fee staying the same for very long. Absolutely horrible!

I have a cleaning business and have worked with Moriarty Management for years. They are always professional and fair with distribution of the cleanings the refer out. Heidi is great at her job, very knowledgeable about the business. Melissa is a newer addition to the team but just as informative and helpful as the rest of the staff. I am always grateful when the team refers me out and understanding when they distribute cleanings to other contract cleaners in the area. We are all here to help and work together to make owners/renters happy and have a pleasant stay.

Ive dealt with a lot of management companies throughout the years and Moriarty Management is by far the worst there is. Like Ive read in other reviews, they are only out for themselves and definitely do not have the community in mind. They are unprofessional, their maintenance teams are very rude, and the woman in the office is absolutely terrible to deal with. They treat renters like criminals as well. Im pretty sure they even went into my unit without giving us notice. Also, last year they were contracted to install new decks at Ledgewood which we were never notified, I came home and my deck was gone and back door boarded up. And lastly, they are a management company not the police. Please stop trying to dictate how people live up here. The community up here needs to get together and get them out of here before they drive everyone away.

Why is it so necessary for Moriarity to convince condo and association boards to do away with AirBNB? And what happens to all of us moms when we have no place to clean? Is Moriarity going to pay our bills? Feed our families? Pay for our health benefits? I doubt it What happens when tourists stop coming to the area? This is the State's economical basis - it keeps our State going! All the family owned businesses will close hecause therw are no visitors to the area fo keep them afloat! Is Moriarity going to financially support those families who've relied on the family business for decades? And given the lack of hotels, hotel rates will sky rocket, allowing only the richest people to afford a stay here! What is your motivation Moriarty? And give us fact-based reasons. Not the BS you're blowing in the Boards' ears. It's clear that you do NOT have the community's best interests in mind. Just another bigger business bullying their way into financial gain. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
