Well . .where to start. Everyone on here complains about the same thing. We moved here and of course snow hold . . .seriously . . I can reach and close the door to the mail box in my truck. Ok. . So we got past that and figured this was just a Saturday stop to pick up since there is snow near the box . . And they deliver in trucks and jeeps . . .oh wait . .do we live in New Hampshire where there is snow. So then they . .yes. . They the Campton Post office decides to list our residence as vacant and sends our bills, notification and anything else back. I emailed the post master several times. . .responses .. .zero. Several of rhe people behind the counter . . No consideration for customers. Yes . .I think we are customers . . .well the people that work there don't think so. I filed a complaint in USPS website. There needs to be a management change. Bc if. IF there was a good management team . . . These issues would be addressed. When you call . Everyone there has a different reason why you have no mail. This is an absolute disaster of a postal system at this location. All you can do is laugh bc you can't make this stuff up. It is a disaster. I would like to think that it isn't a big deal . . But mail still includes things that are important to people's lives and this place has no regard for their customers. Oh wait. . .did I use that word again . ..I think we are just residence and in some cases they can determine you don't live there anymore. Lol

Don't expect to get anything fast. Your wait is going to be 30 minutes or more. I mailed something to my son in North Carolina and three months later he received it. I've had packages that have gone missing , never recovered. I've had slips in my box and when I go to collect the package they tell me that there are none. The place is always dirty, and never fully staffed. My most recent complaint was that the woman was literally kicking my boxes through the door. There was a line full of people to witness it.

just nowNEW If there was a rank lower than one star, this would be my choice. I moved here in 2020 and it has been one thing after another. I've complained in person, and online and yet here I am again with the same issue. My mail went in Sunday night into my box. Monday was a holiday and it should have been picked up Tuesday. Well now it's Wednesday and my outgoing business mail is still not picked up. I've witnessed customers being treated so poorly, and staff talking bad about them after they leave. I've seen twice where they told customers they didn't have their package, only to find it after the customer has walked out. I myself have had multiple issues with packages. I even opened a PO box thinking that may help, but it has not. I have to guess this is a management issue, problems start from the top down. I've never had a bad experience anywhere else, ever. Much larger post offices with way more customers.
