        Very nice place to watch a movie or a show. I came up to see a great show, I enjoyed it. The town is pretty cosie, the people are very nice at the theater and I had a good time. Definitely will revisit.

        Good movies and live music in one of the US oldest operating movie theaters. The folks who greeted us were so sweet and welcoming. Yummy selection of snacks and drinks (plus a separate cafe/seating area if you want to hang out without watching a movie). The kind of theater that every town should have.

        Nice small venue. Great pricing on beverages etc. Clean restroom. Paid the extra $10 per ticket but unfortunately they do not actually save "up front and center" spots for you, so we were seated nearly 3/4 of the way back and our party of 4 could not sit together. Would be great if they would improve on that, I felt cheated. It appears to be first come for the seating which if I would of known I would of been earlier and saved $40.

        I grew up going to this theater so it teems with memories for me. Owners have done a wonderful job maintaining and refurbishing the space. My only complaint: very unpleasant odors were emanating into the auditorium when we visited.

      Thank you for the thoughtful review, Maggie! I'm so glad you enjoyed our venue. We reserve the first front and center rows (up to 7 depending on the size of our house) to select performances for our front-and-center ticketholders. While we save more than the number sold and encourage folks to fill all the available space, that sometimes means parties that arrive a bit later get split up. We are working on getting a ticketing system that would allow you to select your exact seat in the future, and in the meanwhile we will look at our messaging to make sure we can make the current system as clear as possible.
