I called this business two months prior to. my one-day event and was promised one portable unit - no problem. I was willing to provide payment in advance to secure the reservation but I was assured this would be no problem. I was asked to send an email to include the details of the day, which I did. I did not receive confirmation and followed up with a call two weeks ahead of the event, at which time I was told that there was no way they would be able to provide the unit I had requested. Poor, poor communication and service.

Called and messaged a couple months ago. Due to Covid he was unsure but said 9ne way or another he would get me one, which he did the week of the wedding. GREAT to deal with, and every bathroom I've been in has been unbelievably clean! Will always recommend them!
