It’s unfortunate that your 1-star review is based solely on your billing complaints.We are glad that our providers and staff are able to provide top-quality care for new patients in urgent conditions whenever possible. We bill insurances promptly with the information we are given at time of service, but if incorrect information is given, that becomes a matter between the patient and their insurance company. We send regular monthly statements by mail for past due balances for 3-6 months before further action is taken. We always return phone calls, but all too often have no way to leave messages, so we do not rely on phone messages but always send paper statements. As a small business, no unfortunately we do not have online bill pay at this time, but as we continue to grow, we hope to add that in the future. Thank you for the suggestion!
