Excellent communication, professional, and HONEST! Answered a ton of my questions even BEFORE my first appointment. I wasn't even a paying customer yet and he went above and beyond to make sure I was making informed decisions about potentially very expensive work. It is because of this, I will be 100% loyal to this veteran-owned local service. His "competition" can't even come close. Highly recommend.

Jeff came to my home today to check on an air conditioning issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, attention to detail, and honest. All awesome qualities that I admire. He quickly saw the issue, made suggestions and had a solution. This saved me over $900. dollars. Being retired and on a fixed income this was an additional bonus. We recently moved into a new home and were having issues with our Combi boiler. We decided to replace it and we reached out to a number of HVAC contractors. Bigfoot HVAC was undoubtedly our first choice not only because the price was very reasonable but Jeff is extremely knowledgable, responsive, honest and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. If we had a question regarding any issues with our old boiler, he would take the time out of his day to troubleshoot the issue via phone, even late at night. When he finished installing our new combi boiler, which is running perfectly, Jeff answered any questions I had about it and ensured that the heat and hot water was working smoothly. We recently had the very distinct pleasure of being able to find Bigfoot HVAC for an issue with our propane fired hot water heater. After meeting Mr Miller, I was surprised at how very much at ease he made me feel. During our meeting and initial discussion, I was quickly of the mind that he is very sincere, honest to a fault and willing to listen. We decided that he would do what he called a "chop & swap" there by giving us a new hot water heater. The estimate was very clear and concise in its wording. No fine print here at all. Just a man who is very good at what he does who takes pride in his craft. When the day arrived, Mr Miller was very punctual and even gave a call to say "I'm 10 minutes out now." Very Professional. All of the work was done quickly, quietly, safely and with any/all mess taken away as the finish to a job very well done. He gave me several choices and was always very friendly, very courteous. The entire swap was completed in 4 hours. The new unit works like a dream. The unit is simple enough that even my wife is comfortable making a temperature adjustment if need be. How many of you can say with true faith that "I've got a grade A first class plumber who I KNOW will give me great service at a fair price!" Try Bigfoot HVAC & you'll be saying it too.
