This company should be the first and only company to call! Ray is so professional and you can really tell he cares and doesnt do it just for the money they came out so fast I highly recommend them and will only being using them from now on!

When something goes awry with your septic you don't want to mess around. Bellemore exceeded my expectations today. After contacting the company we typically used (before knowing Bellemore) for our septic needs and being disappointed in their customer service I remembered meeting Ray at a networking event and how pleasant he was to speak with. I called the office and the woman who answered, Heidi was incredibly kind and showed compassion to the situation- we couldn't run any source of water so I was a little panicked. She contacted Ray immediately and he called me within 10 minutes informing me that he had a driver en route to our house. It gets better when the driver showed up around 3:30 PM he ALSO portrayed great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure he did all he could to help us solve the problem. All around I give Bellemore Septic, Sewer, and Drain 5 stars. I couldn't be happier with my experience. They definitely gained a client and I would definitely refer them to all of my friends and family.
