My husband and I had a terrible first experience last Fall with a real estate agent from a different agency that turned out to be both unprofessional and condescending, and we knew we didnt want to move forward with her. Luckily, shortly thereafter, we were recommended to Linda. This was truly the best thing that couldve happened to us, as we were inexperienced first time homebuyers with a lot of questions and needed to be guided through the process. Linda from the very start was professional and patient, and sympathetic to our former experience with our last agent. Right away she gathered details about what we were looking for in a home, and the very next day she had listings tailored to our preferences. In the weeks that followed, she made several appointments for showings, and always showed up (usually before us) !!! We really appreciated her knowledge about the market and she knew all the right questions to ask the sellers agents at the open houses. Privately she would point out details about the homes that only a trained eye would recognize. Long story short, we found a home with Linda in less than a month. Linda helped us be strategic in our offer Is a competitive market, and it was accepted in less than a day! We have been in our new home now for six months, and couldnt be happier! We recommend Linda to anyone on their quest for a new home! Shes an amazing agent, and Im happy to also say, a new friend!

In this tough market of little availability, Linda was patient, kind, and considerate. Her knowledge of the areas and home buying process was remarkable. She was available and very helpful continuously through out the entire process. As frustrating as the market is, she never wavered and stayed positive, assuring us everything would work out the way it should. She became family to us. I highly recommend her for all your realty needs.

We absolutely loved working with Linda! She worked tirelessly helping us search for the perfect home. It could be frustrating, and anxiety ridden at times, and she was always there assuring us that everything was going to work out....AND IT DID.... She gave us so much useful information when searching along with always letting us know what to expect next. We never thought we would get this particular house due to the number of bids and showings. It was crazy... she worked endlessly with the seller's realtor making sure we got this!!!! It has been almost a year and we couldn't be happier with the outcome and living in our perfect home near our grandchildren. We will be forever grateful for Linda!!
