If I could give zero stars, I would. As a social worker, I have high expectations for careespecially for mental health. I have left this practice feeling physically sick due to the fact that I have been discharged due to nonpayment. The RN (or virtual assistant) has ZERO social skills or compassion and failed to communicate any information regarding bills past due. Mind you, I also emailed the owner/lead provider, and received no response. I was told the day of my appointment that I was discharged and was expected to find a provider within a month (since I am on a controlled substance). Thank god I have resources. I do not recommend this practice to anyone that is seeking genuine care. Apparently all were good for is the copayment.

Lisa Weldon is a phenomenal provider who takes the time to listen and truly understand who she is working with and what the underlying issues are. I have supported patients to appointments with Lisa and have been grateful for the consideration she puts into each individual patient. I refer everyone to Progressive. I have recent experience with Alysha Cutts and she shows the same care and professionalism that I have seen from Lisa. Wonderful team. I can only say that they're the best.
