I see not just questionable ethical behavior by the sales manager and a policy that wouldn't allow me to complete the process online/from out-of-state, I also fault the sales person who demonstrated no urgency whatsoever in completing my sale. He didn't even see my written acceptance (in my "profile") until the end of the day AFTER it was sent -- and only then when I called to find out why he didn't respond earlier - with the excuse, "it was very busy here today."
