UPDATE: After posting this review, Mark retaliated against me and submitted a bill to collections for a new policy I never agreed upon. He then continued to ignore me as I questioned what this bill was about. After multiple attempts to get him to do his job and respond, he instead, had his wife/daughter reach out to me instead with a generic response and then she followed right in his unprofessional footsteps and never responded again. These people are scam artists, very spiteful, money hungry, unprofessional crooks. Buyer beware!! Mark is ignorant and money hungry and has the poorest customer service skills I have ever experienced. Its like pulling teeth getting assistance and/or a response, and my policy goes up every 6 months even without any accidents or tickets, less driving, etc. Riddle me that! The answer to every shady move is Ive talked to the billing department, but unfortunately they cant help you..and neither can Mark..?? Time for a change!

Small town feel...I can just call with no wait, or punching in policy numbers...I get Leslie, or Mark....who always answer my questions and I'm off the phone within a minute!

I have had them for years as my insurance agent. They have always found me very reasonable rates and are nothing but professional.
