We hired Trendezza Homes to build a custom Craftsman style home for us in 2015. From the very start, material selections, costs, and scheduling expectations were known up front. Jon's subcontractors were all very skilled. Modifications to the plans were able to be done on the fly without a glitch in the production schedule. Christel kept us updated regularly on the cost changes due to our modifications.
The home was built through the winter and was completed in 4 months - almost to the day - as Jon said it would. The post-construction punch list of minor items was taken care of immediately. Two years later and we have had nothing go wrong with the house, the foundation or mechanical systems.
Jon's experience as a 2nd generation builder who has built over 2,000 homes is evident in the confidence he demonstrates in building a quality home. I've heard all the nightmare stories about home building projects, but I can honestly say this was one of the most enjoyable things we have ever done.
