        Staffs are so rude and ineffective, we all know its busy in work, everybody does. But it is not an excuse to talk to patients/customers in that bad manner.

        While finding a cold sore treatment wasn't easy, they had it and there were options. Product remains a bit pricey but that's the case for almost all places where it's sold.

        Calling about an urgent prescription refill (since they didn't notify me it was ready), waited to get past the automated service to talk to a person, only to get through to a person and they hung up on me without saying a word. Nice. Not like my life depends on this medication or whatever.

        Made an order on a Monday.. Got a text on friday sayingthey had it back in stock..free shipping. Nope..no free shipping and it's the following Sunday... Still haven't shipped.. Oh..called them...they said both prescriptions shipped. No record online.. I'll never deal with cvs agai!!
