Incredible staff and environment. The teachers clearly love what they do and go above and beyond to ensure the children are having fun and excel. I feel like they do a great job in preparing our children for their next level of education. The communication is also excellent. Great place!

Our daughter has gone here for almost 3 years. Overall, the school puts in the appearance of a solid place for children. Then covid-19 showed up. Their safety measures, like most, start strong and then fade in quality. That's not our gripe here now. They closed our daughters class for 14 days due a teacher testing positive for the virus. Understandable. What isn't is that you expect to keep our $750 for the 2 weeks you couldn't provide services? Bright Horizons has been my child care provider for 9 years for all of my children. They are by far the best in every category. The teachers become like family and love my kids as their own. They have gone above and beyond to manage the safety of all of the staff and children during this pandemic. Thank you BH of Bedford for being the best! We love you!

So much comfort in knowing they do safety drills on top of all their licenses and certifications. I really enjoy getting to go visit during lunch breaks, the staff is fun to talk with and I get to be impressed first hand at the activities they have.
