Jim, I'm so so sorry to hear of this. We lock our doors so clients make an appt., we don't accept walk-ins any longer, we are just too busy and urge clients to make an appt. With this said, I, the owner did call you back but when I did, your phone rang twice and went right to voice-mail. My error was "not" leaving a message; I figured you'd see a missed call and call the number back? This was not done intentionally, I'm very good at what I do and take great pride in taking care of all my clients and fulfilling their needs. Please accept my apology for this miscommunication, it most definitely wasn't done due to being unprofessional.
