Terrible, no 24/7 payment options way too many outages and the information that they have available during a outage, prohibit your ability to pay your account it's a disaster

I'm extremely disappointed with this company so far; and I haven't even received internet service. I've been waiting several weeks for my appointment time to have service set up and my appointment gets rescheduled by the company, not to the next day as their robo-caller indicates, but to the next week. When I called customer service the first gal that I talked to was nice enough even though she said there was nothing she could do to fix this, but her supervisor that I was passed to was nothing but rude and ignorant (I work in a service industry, I understand that stuff happens and sometimes you can't make an appointment, but if we screwed up and then pushed an appointment back another week instead of fitting it in at least the next day then we wouldn't be in business). If this is the kind of service I'll receive when there is an issue, then I will have to look for a different internet provider.
