Sarah has helped me so much figure out the root of my digestion issues. Taking account everything from my skin conditions, bloating, inflammation and whatever other symptom I was having. Together we tried different nutritional paths and today I feel like I finally have a hold of my health! Working with her I felt heard, understood and so comfortable. She understands its more than just what you eat. She takes a holistic approach that helped me really balance my life and help me feel the best Ive ever felt! Im so grateful for all her help!!!

As her client, Sarah makes you feel heard, and she goes at the pace thats right for you. She provides all the technical background, but also the gist in more laymans terms so that the changes she suggests are not overwhelming. You feel that you understand your body much more after meeting with Sarah. Would recommend!

Was introduced to Sarah after a long period of constant bloating and stomach pains. Finally felt seen and heard when she didnt just assume it must be constipation and gave me a pill and sent me on my way. We discovered I was dealing with SIBO and was given a whole treatment plan along with support throughout each step. During visit she would check in with me about my overall health (that includes mental!). I never knew I could have such support during a frustrating time and Im so happy I can enjoy eating food without fear that it may cause pain. Thank youuuuu!
