For a while, when this place first opened, the price was pretty much the same a Irving a few hundred feet away. But lately, Mobil has consistently been 3 cents higher than Irving rendering their rewards program meaningless. The pump area is roomy and clean - far better than the cramped Irving station. But 3 cents more per gallon more doesn't work for me no matter how much roomier the pumps are. UPDATE 2022 - The prices difference between this place and the Irving station across the intersection has grown to 6 cents/gallon. Both Mobil and Irving have a rewards program. Irving is by far the better deal now. UPDATE MAY 2023: The price difference between Irving and Mobil has grown to 10 cents per gallon, making Mobil a horrible buy. That difference could cost you $100 a year or more depending on how many miles you drive in a year. Add to that savings the rewards program at Irving and it's a no-brainer.
