This review is not accurate at all. The facts are that nothing in the house worked there the very first day we showed up. The entire service outside was completely rusted, deteriorated due to age and needs replacement. We gave a quote to replace his entire electrical service gear (feeds/ wires from the top of his pole down to a new meter, disconnect, ground rods, intersystem bonding kit, feeds inside of conduit going into the ground and under the mobile home and a new main electrical panel with arc fault breakers. This price was more than fair for $5,000. This work was not completed for 1/3rd of our price as anyone can see the original/old service wires and meter from the street. You can't even purchase all of the needed materials for 1/3rd of our price and you would be literally working for free. If you hired a handyman, apprentice or licensed journeyman who just replaced one wire and did not pull a permit or have the town inspector sign off then your house is still not up to code, not safe and not legal. When we do work or company follows all codes, pulls permits and has inspections with the town. This process takes much more time but it is required and necessary. The power company had been out 3 times prior and told you the same thing (everything outside needed replacement). There is no cheap/ quick fix sir. Upon entering the home the very first day there was wires hanging out of the ceiling, walls and the main panel which had no cover on it. New outlets were installed incorrectly everywhere. Switches were wired wrong, outlets had reversed polarity, generator was wired illegally back feeding the panel with no transfer switch. The list goes on and on sir. We asked why there were all new outlets, switches, boxes and cover plates and you lied to our faces about attempting a re-wire yourself. It was obivious that everything you had done recently was completely wrong. You said you were only troubleshooting. We stayed the first day until 8pm! You called us back the next day to return because we did such a good job the first visit. The second day we worked inside correcting all of the errors/ wiring defeciencies inside of outlets, switches, several lights, oven, washer machine, dryer and the overloaded main panel but the outside service still needs to be replaced. We made it very clear that we could not re-wire an entire house in one day especially with all the errors that were present. Upon departing the second day we were very clear that we could not put a solid price on re- wiring the entire inside of the home. We said verbatim "We could only charge our hourly rates of $75/HR per electrician". There was never any quote for $20,000. All of our estimates are sent digital for the customer to legally sign. This is another blatant lie. We wanted to help them out as much as possible and were super nice guys with the lowest rates in the state. But were not push overs and We take great pride in our trade. I will stand up and fight for myself and my apprentices against all lies/ deception. My apprentice is excellent and a very good kid. This customer is a highly aggressive/ deceptive person who made Chandler very uncomfortable and invaded his personal space. There are still switch looped switches throughout the house with no neutral, wires laying on top of the walkway feeding outdoor lights and garage, the main panel is too small/ over loaded, the load side meter feed is direct buried into the ground and not in conduit, there's no outdoor disconnect and the SEU cable outside had no jacket on it with exposed conductors! This house is completely un safe and needs a re-wire! We only charged them $1,500 for 2 electricians for 2 days! Just replacing a single ground wire does not solve all of the issues that were found. We have a lot of before and after pictures. Please stop editing your review and sending us threatening messages in the square app.To much dishonesty We will no longer be servicing this customer.
