Alliance Landscaping

They work hand in hand with the cities. Their employees will use their gas powered blowers and ping rocks and debris at your vehicle. The staff is poorly trained and rude. They rudely demanded I move in a city owned area, only after I confronted them for nailing my car with rocks and debris. I asked for their names and they refused to give me them and so they said the police were coming. So I moved out of their unprofessional and untrained way to wait so that I could get the information I needed to contact the company regaurding the matter. The police threatened to arrest me for waiting for them to arrive. Then lying about who owned the property and disregarding their lack of ability to safely and effectively work around personal property on city land. So I contacted Steve at Alliance in regard to their city contracts, he hung up on me when i asked for the names of the employees. Do not hire this company unless you want unprofessional and untrained entitled men who could care less about your personal property along with a company that will not allow you to file a complaint regaurding their employees.

I don't know why it seemed like a good idea to park right in front of an open business (especially when other space was available) and blow leaves all over said business, and spew the leaf dust over customers as they walk in and out, But thats what think is a good idea at Alliance Landscaping. Massively inconvenient, in the way, slow, and lead to multiple in store customer complaints. If you really need your parking lot to not have leaves I'd recommend going with someone who knows what they're doing.

These people are true professionals. They do what it takes to make sure you, the customer, is happy. I've used them for our irrigation system and will be using them for lawn care. 100% recommended.

Have had this company for 2 seasons for fertilizer treatments. First season was rough with technicians applying the treatments incorrectly, but they would come back and address the issues. Gave them another chance and this year everything was mostly fine till this last treatment where the technician on the machine spun its tires in areas of our yard and made numerous bare spots. Asked them to come look at the issue areas that now have no grass which they did. Said they would come back after the weekend and fix the torn up areas. Didnt show the day they said they would be there came back only after numerous emails asking when they would be showing up. When they came back, they denied it was their machines even though just 6 days before they said it was their fault. Very disappointed with their customer service. Treatments are expensive and homeowners shouldnt have to pay for the treatments/service and then have to pay and fix issues this companys technicians and machines caused. Edit: My husband called and they decided then to come back and fix it.
