My wife and I are extremely happy with the way Dave handled the delicate sale of our home in Mont Vernon. Dave has a very proactive way about putting houses on the market. From his many years of experience, he suggested that we have our own home inspection done prior to listing the property. This allowed us to be properly prepared for whatever might come up when a buyer did their own due diligence. This also reduced our stress as we were aware of what a potential buyer might be concerned with; so, we could pick and choose what to take care of. He had great advice about staging the house prior to the video and pictures being taken for the listing. Dave carefully considered how we should price the house; he did not overprice but rather a fair price range that would encourage buyers to come see the property. Additionally, his market plan was professionally put together, listing the house a few days prior to showings starting. Once the property went live, Dave kept us informed and provided the showing feedback. During the escrow period, Dave was always available to answer questions and was more than willing to be present any time the buyers and their agent needed to come by the property. This was a sensitive sale, and Dave always gave sound advice as we negotiated the final sale. Dave is part counselor and helped us through this process with solid judgment. It was because of this that Dave helped find the perfect buyers for our cherished home.

Soup to nuts, working with Dave Hall was a first-rate experience. Having a knowledgeable, honest agent with a great understanding of the market, as well as construction, is worth its weight in gold. From our first phone call in February, through the close at the end of May, he was exceedingly generous with his time and expertise. We saw many homes in a crazy market, virtually and in person (we were moving from out of state), and never felt pressured to make a decision or hurry things along. In retrospect, I know that even if he knew we might not like something, he let us discover that for ourselves. Dave isn't just looking to close a deal: he's absolutely truthful in his assessment of properties, not hesitating to point out the cons, as well as the pros. He also has expertise as a builder, so it's a great two-fer: having an agent--as well as a builder--touring properties with you.
