Did not show up for trial. Judge needed to reschedule delaying another 3 months. I spoke with his paralegal asking what time should I get to court house to discuss the case the previous day and he never showed up. Lost a days pay for nothing. When we went to rescheduled trial he was late. Judge told me to report in at 6 and 12 months with Attorney Moses and to show proof of continued counseling aisneeded. I provided a letter from my counselor that she felt there was no need for further counseling and Attorney Moses never sent it to the court nor acknowledged my 6 month check in with him. My case was brought forward because attorney Moses neglected the requirements of the court. Thankfully Attorney Eric Wilson saved me!!! He provided counselor letter to the prosecutor and spoke to the prosecutor resulting in dismissing the trial for violating obligations that Attorney Moses neglected! Never saw bill from Attorney Moses on how my retainer was used but he happily took my money and failed to appear in court or return phone calls in a timely manner. Thankfully, Attorney Eric Wilson out of the kindness of his heart helped me free of charge seeing what Attorney Moses neglected to do! I appeared at hearing losing another days pay and the prosecutor was kind enough to tell me all charges would be dropped as I did satisfy my obligations and that Attorney Eric Wilson provided what Attorney Moses neglected to!
