Older facility under renovation, but the room was clean and comfortable. Front desk service was exceptional. Great value for the price Food & drinks: The Griddle across the street has wonderful food.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were unfortunate enough to book 3 night's, of course they said non-refundable. Dirty is an understatement . The entire property was disgusting. Used soap, a trail of hair in the bathroom (not one or two) a gross amount, toilet paper to "patch" holes and attempt to hold the towel rack from falling off the wall, carpet that has not been cleaned for ages, snot rockects dried with nose hair on the shower curtain. Missing front cap in tub/shower. Oh and a bed bug that hitched a ride in our luggage. I have multiple pictures to back this all up.

URGENT:During a recent snowstorm, I stayed at your inn for two nights. Shockingly, on the first night, a lady was given a key to my room under the pretext of retrieving a forgotten dress. To my horror, she attempted to enter my room at 11 pm. Thankfully, I was still awake and able to prevent her from gaining access. However, this incident has highlighted a severe security flaw: there is no security latch on the door, allowing unauthorized entry.Had I been asleep, the consequences could have been dire. There are countless scenarios where I could have been subjected to robbery, injury, or worse, and the intruder herself could have been harmed.I have raised my concerns with two members of your staff, but their responses have been wholly inadequate. All I have been told is that I now possess the only key that accesses the room, and that my complaint will be "looked into." However, I have not received any further communication from your establishment in the past 48 hours.This situation demands immediate attention and resolution to ensure the safety and security of your guests. I expect a prompt and satisfactory response addressing this matter.Awaiting your urgent action, Peter R. Rooms: No security latch

Worse place I have ever stayed. Booked 6 nights. Had to change rooms 3 times! First room the plumbing backed up. Second room the tv didnt work and was super dirty! And the third room more plumbing problems and the smoke detector beeped. When you tell the repair guy about the smoke detector he just came in fast and took the battery out! Spotty internet! Dirty carpet. And the house keeper doesnt speak English so you couldnt tell them what you needed. The beds were so wore out they went straight to the box springs. Come to find out choice properties owns this hell hole! I will never stay at another choice hotel again!!! You have lost my business. If you dont care about this property why would care about any of them. Would rather stay at a motel 6!!!!
