Not very impressed. Coming close to the end of the contract and my washer had problems and is still under warranty. They gave a loaner and it was dirty full or cat and dog hair. Then when the last payment came asked about my washer they said it was still being fixed this is six weeks later. I was working with the main manager. He said he would give me a new one or the loaner I said I didn't want the loaner it was gross and already having problems. He said he give me a new one. I said if I give my last payment that they would not keep their promise. He said they would not do that. He said you can trust us. Ever couple weeks I asked where the new one is he said he is working on finding the best one. 2 months later nothing he would never return calls. So he lied and never got the new one and the loaner is having more problems and finally broke down. Because it is paid off they can't help but I can buy a new one. The worst experience ever. Will never use them and do not recommend to anyone. They lie and will not keep their word. The manager will lie to your face and avoid you.

I love errands no hidden fees no nothing like that. I have compared shop Phillips and CB browns and Aaron's has the best prices and the best stuff and the customer service is great I will not buy anything from anybody else if I can help it
