        I would'nt give any stars if possible. This company is notorious for terrible customer service, but my experience with this particular branch was awful. What's worse is when I asked to speak with the manager she seemed to take great delight in refusing to help resolve what was a very simple issue. The dismissive attitude she conveyed coupled with the smirk on her face as she refused to express even the slightest sympathy for my issue was astoundingly insulting and callous. I will spend the rest of my life telling everyone who is seeking banking services to go anywhere but WF!
