        I went to receive my cash at the pilot in west Wendover Nevada in the amount of 1000.00 I was told by the CSR that they couldn't do it for that amt that I would have to call the sender to change the dollar amt to be 999.99. She was really rude and inconsiderate about how she talked to me then turned her back to me so she could talk to her coworker about what they should do about how they should cash out western unions transactions. They left me standing there and didn't bother saying I'm sorry or let me get a hold of my manager. Worst customer service ever.

        Your customer service isn't very good and told us three different times when your Western Union opened up 6-7-8am we came all three times. Your website says it's open at 7am please fix your site or hire new employees.... Thanks
