        Very friendly, helpful service.  Though sometimes, Cheryl may not be able to answer the phone instantly, if so, she gets back to you and replies quickly and very professionally to messages ... and is readily available on-line.The photo is of an "Autumn" colored bouquet.My relative who got the flowers said they were extremely fresh, and lasted wonderfully for well over 12 days.  Cheryl said she likes to get her floral stock straight from the wholesaler for various orders, which -- in my experience -- means you are NOT likely to get flowers that have been sitting around a cooler in some shops for 6+ days waiting to be sold.Very responsive to requests for what you want in your floral arrangement, and nice taste in arranging them, too.BOTTOM LINE:  In my first experience with 'em, I'd describe One of a Kind Floral Design as a not-so-common place with:--   Helpful, friendly customer service --  Good value for the flowers and greens I got--   Excellent style and taste that made my relative really happyStrongly recommended.

        I just received a fabulous bouquet. It has a spectacular design with spikes of gladiolus spears and beautiful white roses, all fresh.   It is a stunning arrangement. One of the nicest I've ever gotten.
