        This company is HORRIBLE there is NEVER any one there to fill your bottles!!!! I had company over with small children and could not get gas and we froze our buts off. They do NOT care. I highly suggest to find a more reliable company. I give them a negative -10

        I haven't had a very good time with Valley propane they don't have good customer service skills they don't have good communication between the business therefore they don't have good communication with their customers

        Horrible service!!! They installed the tank and filled it quick enough. I’m on automatic fill, I called and told them I was on 10%. They said they’d be out. Week later I called and said I’m empty. They said they be out. Did I mention it’s February! I’m now froze up and surviving on electric heaters! If you want reliable propane service Valley propane is NOT the answer!!! I highly recommend you try someone else!

        We weren't sure our propane gauge was working in our RV and wanted to have it filled just to be sure we didn't run out of heat. The front desk was very helpful on coordinating our fill up. We simply parked the RV and the driver came to us with the truck. Very good and knowledgeable driver he knew so much about my propane system and was educating us. Thank you.

      If you want reliable propane service Valley propane is NOT the answer!!! I highly recommend you try someone else!
