Not very good at returning any service calls. I forced them to give me an answer on a welder I'd purchased . After repeated phone calls , i finally went down there to ask them why they were still selling a product they knew they couldn't get parts for. New person there , told me the guy who was there is no longer w the company . And the welder I just bought about a year ago, doesn't have any parts for it. But they could give me a discount of 80 dollars on the new one sitting there.  Where in the world am I , thought i was doing business w people who care about service. Don't go here if you need any service other than over the counter. These people are not capable of calling you back , and have no responsibility to their customers.
