We have been customers of Water Unlimited since 2006. We live in Fallon and are on well water. They have always been very professional and timely for any issues with our reverse osmosis system. Their technicians through the years have been great and current technician John is the best!! We highly recommend this company do not go anywhere else. They can do it all with any water issues you may have.

This is a top-notch professional business and I had a great experience working with them. I am on well water in Washoe Valley with relatively high levels of iron and manganese which is typical of the area. After struggling for years with another system installed by another local company that wasn't providing great service, I reached out to Sy and Chris at Water Unlimited for help. They were incredibly responsive and came out to my property the next day to evaluate my existing system, test my water, and recommend options that would correct my situation the best. They even ran my water through a portable set up to verify and ensure that the system they thought was best would treat my water as expected (which it did). A friendly technician did a professional and clean installation a couple weeks later and we immediately noticed a huge improvement in our water quality. The end result for us was an all around much better system than the one we had with softened water, no iron or manganese, a smaller footprint that takes up less space in the garage, lowered maintenance effort and costs, no chemicals other than softener salts, and even better water pressure to boot. All along the way they were very knowledgeable and timely, the communication was fantastic, they were very responsive and happy to answer questions, and took a lot of care to evaluate the needs and make sure that the system would work as expected before installing. After purchasing a home in Washoe Valley, I removed the outdated/broken filtration system that came in the house and lived with stinky, discolored water for a little over a year. During this time, I started researching, saving, and contacting water specialists. I received a lot of quotes from various "experts" that were outrageously priced and not guaranteed to fix the water issues. I honestly started to lose hope, and assumed that I might just have to live with the rotten egg smell. Water Unlimited was mentioned to me, and with little hope I left a message after hours. I received a call back immediately, and they came the very next morning (Saturday) to do a free consultation. Joe came over, he took the time and care to test my water and was very transparent with all of the issues going on. He gave me a reasonable quote and took the time to explain the science behind the system and how it would work for our specific challenges. A few weeks later, the system was installed by a very professionally technician. They even made me aware of some issues my well pressure tank was having, to prevent another expensive water issue. IMMEDIATELY after install my water smelled like....NOTHING, just as it should! I am so thrilled, I will only trust Water Unlimited for all of my water needs and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for restoring my hope and fixing my stinky water!
