I recently had the pleasure of requiring the services of a tow truck to transport our ambulance, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional thanks to Kent, the driver who came to our aid. Not only was Kent punctual and highly professional, but his attention to detail, care for the vehicle, and overall demeanor were commendable. Its rare to encounter someone who not only meets but exceeds expectations in such stressful situations. His ability to handle the job with such expertise and calmness was truly impressive. I am thoroughly impressed by Kents skill and dedication to customer service. Employees of this caliber are a rare find, and Kent is undoubtedly a significant asset to his company. If I had the opportunity, I would be more than proud to have someone of his professionalism and integrity on my team. Highly recommended!

I appreciate the honesty and understanding they had. I called for a tow, they were quick to answer and dispatch. Thankfully, the car started after all. I gave them a call back quickly(within five minutes), and fortunately, the driver had not yet started route, but just accepted the call. I offered to pay for any inconveniences, and they insisted everything was fair. I am grateful they didn't take advantage of me and lie about the drive already being en route, charging me a fee of cancelation.

Angie had walked me through their process and directions for toweing my vehicle. Preston gave updates with the flow of traffic he had to deal with and was still fast and easy going for grabbing and dropping off the car. I'd recommend the service to anyone stuck for the nice prices they give as well
