        I had a horrible experience with lorraine if thats even her real name, she gave me nothing but attitude the whole time I was trying to get my taxes done, and kept rolling her eyes anytime I would ask questions, will NOT be returning to this location

        $355 for a standard deduction is incredibly high. I was happy to know I was getting a return, but as soon as she said how much after she filed everything just ruined my night. I dont think you can just walk away after she put everything through. I definitely felt trapped. My dad told me his cost $250 at H&R Block. I will NEVER go back to this place.
