First, let me say that Eric is knowledgeable, polite, well spoken and responsive. The team works hard, from the work I witnessed on a couple neighbors homes that needed emergency snow removal and repairs this past winter. I am writing this less than stellar review, solely in regards to the quoting process for full roof replacement. Again, a good effort was made to measure the home and provide a timely quote Perez roofing came in just short of 2.5x the cost of two other local, reputable roofing contractors for the same product. The bid was over $100k for a ~3000 sqft roof in Galena Forest. I hope that Eric and team learn that a No-Bid is better than a bid so Ridiculous it wouldnt possibly be accepted.
