Patrick was an amazing realtor to work with! He made the process truly straightforward and easy. He weeded out lesser options to help us avoid any headaches. We noticed that if there was an option he wasnt showing us, it was for a particular reason; we didnt have to worry, came along for the ride and knew we were seeing all of the best options. He also went above and beyond to assist with additional aspects of our purchase like contacting professionals to get quotes for any possible fixes that would have to be made. We recently bought a home in Washoe Valley thanks to Patrick, and we couldn't be happier with him! Patrick went above and beyond the entire way through the process. He is really easy to work with. He always responded quickly to questions, and his responses were always extremely detailed. For example, we were curious about how windy it actually gets in Washoe Valley, so Patrick researched the subject and gave us an entire report on the local weather patterns and even found a map with the typical wind speeds broken down by neighborhood. He also helped us find a new lender when we weren't happy with the direction we were going with the one had at the time. Patrick helped us with all the inspections, from coordination to follow ups. We weren't local to the area, so he was happy to be on site when the inspections happened. Our water well was producing water that was too high in nitrates, and after getting several opinions from water experts, Patrick got us hooked up with a local water company that completely fixed and upgraded the water treatment system, and now we have the best water we have ever had. We had a challenging seller, and thanks to Patrick's patience and great negotiation abilities, we were able to close the deal. Now we are moved in and busy making our new home ours. Patrick still is checking in on us to make sure we are ok and happy. We would definitely recommend Patrick to anyone who wants to buy a home in Nevada!- Justin and Jaimee
