Kayla determined the best way to market the sale of my home and listened to me to help narrow down the options for finding a new home that met the needs I had expressed to her. During this consecutive selling and buying process she was always available to support me when things got stressful. I believe that her negotiating skills, and professionalism, were instrumental in working through the sale of my property and the successful purchase of my new home. This was my first experience of selling and purchasing at the same time and she helped me understand the process. Kayla is the most amazing realtor! My family and I decided to part with our home and Kayla came highly recommended. She is kind, personable, professional, and went above and beyond for our family. Kayla guided us through the selling process. She answered all of our questions and actioned items on our to-do list very quickly. While we were trying to purchase on the other side of the country, Kayla went above and beyond to get us into our future home! She would go to a house and video chat with us so that we could truly see what we were looking at, including after hours because of our three hour time difference. Even with it being such a competitive market, Kayla made sure we knew all our options and helped us make the right decision for our family. Im so thankful a friend recommended us Kayla, shes not only a great relator but a fantastic human! We will continue to use her for our future home purchases here in Nevada!

We are very grateful to Kayla for making our first home possible. She was recommended to us by our mortgage company, and we are so happy to have met her. Kayla was very honest and she was very happy to work with our schedules and show us any home available regardless of the day or time.
