Horrible experience! Do not use this agent and good luck if you're purchasing a home from this agent - she cost us significant time and money and we ended up purchasing a different home because of how horrible this agent was to us as well as to our agent AND loan provider. Request information on her from the BBB and The State of NV Real Estate Agent Board and you'll see she has been in trouble for what she has done to many other people before!

Very unprofessional from day one. We were interested in a couple properties in Carson City which are overpriced to begin with. She told my agent that we should "go look in Silver Springs or Lovelock" if we were looking for a lower price, but also ironically countered offered our offer on one of the properties, probably because the said units have been sitting on the market nearly 3 months with no activity. The inspection revealed many things not up to code on the property. The seller is offering a credit to the buyer on the property, probably knowing that many things need fixed, however, the credit would not be enough to cover everything needing repair. We decided to walk and of course she dragged her feet on signing the cancellation paperwork, would not return my agent's phone calls, and made it take as long as possible to get the earnest money deposit back. Very rude, and not a good way to run business.

Very unprofessional. Showed up to my house early for a showing that wasn't approved and hassled my wife. Find yourself a better agent.
