The company is very responsive, helpful, and courteous. Their customer service was excellent. We have had several kinds of samples processed through sand blasting from them and all of them were great quality finish.

had to take my brake calipers to them twice because they did a HORRIBLE job the first time. Big drips and run marks all over the finish on the powder coating. The second time came out better, but they still powder coating around where the brake seals are suppose to be. The shop that is reassembling them is having to clean around where the seals go to ensure there wont be any leaks. Really not impressed still. Seriously contemplating taking them to another shop to have them blasted and redone, CORRECTLY!

I am a small business owner who does a lot of fabrication and I have sent dozens of friends and clients to Custom Powder....they are the only shop in town I'll work with! For price, quality, and turn-around time they can't be beat, and the customer service has always been top notch.
